Today I finished the first issue of The Immortal.Woo!The Immortal is a comic book series that I've been thinking about for a while. It's based on the Many Deaths of Z short comic I did back in 2010. I wanted to expand on the story of 'the last human in the galaxy' and have developed an 8 issue series. So 3 months ago I started on on fleshing out the world and storyline and started drawing issue 1. Today work on both the Japanese and English versions of the first 56 page issue came to a close.
Now I'm off to find a publisher so that I draw the remaining 7 issues. First off is the Shogakukan New Artist Manga Competition.
